The screen shown below is the main page of the program. The calendar gives you a quick view of your exercises for the month, and provides an excellent way to see weekly, monthly and yearly totals for an exercise.

Creating reports of your exercises is easy! You can show you exercises in graphical format or as text. The text reports can be shown in summary format or can show each exercise separately. There are also reports of your exercise equipment (shoes, bikes, etc.), and of your weight.
